RubberDek® is such a durable product, that when installed following all of the manufactures installation guidelines, we offer a 10 year manufacturer warranty for residential foot traffic, 5 years for commercial foot traffic, and 3 years for vehicle traffic which is unheard of with any other decorative resurfacing products.
